You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, in line with EU consumer protection law.
Conditions
Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Made-to-order items are not returnable unless defective.
Process
Email studio@perspectiveconstructions.ch with your order number. You will receive return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, to your original payment method.
