Construction warranty
We provide a ten-year warranty on structural work and a two-year warranty on all finishes, in line with Greek law.
What is covered
Construction defects, material failures not due to wear, and issues arising under normal use conditions are covered.
What is not covered
Damage from misuse, modifications by third parties without our involvement, or extreme weather events are not covered.
Claim process
For warranty claims, contact studio@perspectiveconstructions.ch with photos and description. We inspect within 7 business days.
